During this exclusive masterclass, you will step behind the scenes to discover Ökēn’s cutting-edge cocktail-making techniques. Learn from expert mixologists, explore the science behind the flavors, and try your hand at crafting your own perfectly measured drink.

Led by Ökēn manager Jonathan Verbois , this immersive workshop will introduce you to the core principles of mixology and cocktail creation. 

Together, they’ll guide you through the making of two signature drinks: The Margarita (method : shaker) and the Negroni (method : mixing glass).  Along the way, you’ll explore the fundamental techniques behind every great cocktail, with plenty of hands-on interaction and expert insights.
