Busy mornings don’t have to mean skipping breakfast. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn three quick and nourishing recipes you can prepare in advance and take with you on the go — from overnight oats to chia puddings.
We’ll show you how to balance flavor and nutrition right from the start of your day, and how to adapt each recipe to your taste and lifestyle. You’ll also get practical experience preparing your own breakfast-to-go during the session.
This workshop will be led by Maud and Lara, executive chefs at Seven. Part of the original Seven team, Maud (Seven Cinquantenaire) and Lara (Seven Cavell) have been shaping the café’s story since day one. Both passionate about seasonal, flavorful cooking, they have grown with Seven over the years, rising through the ranks to become executive chefs. They love sharing practical tips that make cooking at home both creative and accessible.
