Fresh. Playful. Seasonal. Intentional. From our cooks' creative kitchen to your table, Ciao's culinary philosophy is deeply rooted in the Italian tradition of seasonality and the integrity of all ingredients.

Our menu is designed by head chef Leonardo and restaurant manager and sommelier Sonia. You can choose from fresh handmade pasta with a twist and new takes on classic Italian seafood dishes. Ciao restaurant is open for members and non-members, for lunch and dinner and offers a menu with varied dishes that are sure to surprise your taste buds.

The Stables is a modern Belgian Brasserie focused on comforting dishes, real hospitality and the simple pleasure of eating well. 

You can start your day with a breakfast menu by Brussels culinary institution JML, enjoy a generous brasserie-style lunch, and follow this up with à la carte afternoon treats, brussels waffles, french toast or even crêpe suzette.

To set the tone from morning to night, The Stables Café offers relaxed seating, all-day drinks, and evening cocktails by our in-house mixologists.

With a special menu created by TheStables Café, our terrace offers a variety of delicious options ranging from cocktails and mocktails to tapas and charcuterie or cheese boards. Whether you’re looking for a light bite or a full meal, we’ve got you covered.

The Otium Bar is more than just a bar: it is a warm and moody salon where members can slow down and exchange at any moment of the day.

A gigantic antique masterpiece library, curated by Axel and Boris Vervoordt, filled with hundreds of books, magazines, and documents to read and fuel your dreams.

A refined menu, from teas and specialty coffee to cocktails, beers, matcha, and delightful take-away options.

In the morning, the salon welcomes you for breakfast at the counter. From noon until evening, our tapas menu is served alongside a refined selection of drinks. Each month, a new signature cocktail sets the tone for the night.
