Henri Giscard d’Estaing 

President of Club Med since 2002. 

Henri Giscard d’Estaing is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies and has a master’s degree in Economic Sciences. 

Mr. Giscard d’Estaing began his career at the Cofremca, from 1982 to 1987, where he was a Partner specialized in the study of food consumption changes. 

Then, he joined Danone Group; he has been Mergers & Acquisitions Senior VP, CEO of the British subsidiary HP Food Lea and Perrins, CEO of Evian-Badoit and CEO of the Mineral Waters division. 

Henri Giscard d’Estaing joined Club Med in 1997 as Senior Vice President in charge of Finance, Development and International relations. He became Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Club Med in December 2002. 

In 2017, Mr. Giscard d’Estaing has been named Global Partner of the Fosun Group and Deputy CEO of the board, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Fosun Tourism Group. He is also Vice-President of the World Tourism Alliance (WTA) since 2019.  

Since April 2018, he is Member of the Advisory board of BOAO Forum for Asia. 


Suyin Aerts

After a career as a professional ballet dancer and a job as an actress for Belgian Television and some years in the Fashion Industry, Suyin decided to continue her a-typical walk of life with his partner by joining him in his company X-Treme Creations, a visual marketing and communication agency.

She won multiple awards: such as the Talent Award of Women in Marketing and Communication in the Netherlands, networker of the year at VOKA, chamber of commerce in Belgium, the international WinTrade Award for Women in the Media(sponsored by Microsoft)

With a Master in Industrial Business Policy, different Marketing classes (like Blue Ocean Strategy) and a degree in International Trade at the International Chamber of Commerce, I stay eager to keep on broadening her vision and knowledge, grow and this by staying creative and innovative at all times.
